 Sarah Bright Yaneza,
 Owner
 
Ms. Yaneza is a Master’s prepared professional that provides financial and business management solutions to not-for-profit organizations in the Washington, DC area.  Ms. Yaneza has eight years of experience in accounting for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.  Ms. Yaneza has accounting experience in the following industries: health care, financial services, the arts, and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to forming BYA in 2008, Ms. Yaneza was the Director of Finance & Administration for The Washington Chorus and, prior to that position, was the Patron Services Manager for the organization.  Ms. Yaneza has direct accounting experience with the following service areas: general bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgeting, audit facilitation, document retention, and benefits and payroll administration.  Other specialties and experience include project management for: website design, IT and database conversions, and special events. In 2007, Ms. Yaneza earned a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University, graduating with honors and an Outstanding Achievement Award.  Ms. Yaneza earned a Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Miami, graduating cum laude. 
Clients have described Ms. Yaneza as a manager with great attention to detail and a steadfast approach.  Ms. Yaneza excels in interpreting corporate culture and frequently partners with senior leaders to problem solve in matters of accounting and organizational development.
 
 
 
 
Natalie Holmes,
Associate
 
Natalie received her Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration from Florida A&M University. Following graduation, she began a career in public accounting. Her experience includes auditing, financial reporting, and accounting across various industries such as financial services, government contracting, not-for-profits, and retail. Seeking to combine her passion for the arts and business, Natalie is currently pursuing her Masters in Art Administration at George Mason University.
 
 
 
 
 
DeAnna Treadway,                                                                                                                         Associate
 
After completing a tour with the United States Coast Guard, DeAnna received her Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and her Master's of Science in Accounting from Liberty University.  She has been employed in the accounting field for over seven years in both private industry and not-for-profit.  She has experience in general bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
 
 
 
 
Allison Saint,
Administrative Assistant
 
Allison has many years of customer service and administration experience.  She has worked primarily in healthcare organizations and has direct experience assisting doctors in all aspects of office management.  She is an active volunteer and project manager with her church.  Allison earned an Associate's Degree in Arts and Sciences from the College of Southern Maryland.
